AMPT's Antiracist Restorative Practice Cohort aims to build the capacity of small, Black- and Latine-led nonprofit organizations, with budgets less than $500,000 in Chicago. This virtual experience will provide participants with the capacity-building tools, skills, and competencies necessary to serve their clients and communities; successfully navigate Philanthropy and the Nonprofit Industrial Complex as they are, and contribute to the collective reimagining and manifestation of what will be; and build strong organizational relationships with other organizations and organization leaders across the south and west sides of Chicago.
