AMPT engages Black and Latine nonprofit leaders in transformative and culturally responsive cohort experiences for capacity-building and organizational relationship-building across the south and west sides of Chicago.

Our free monthly workshop series, Ampt Up Your Organization (AUYO), introduces capacity-building topics through interactive virtual workshops.

AMPT’s grants support organizations and the communities they serve through customized capacity building needs like our Special Project Grant and Covid-19 Grant.

AMPT connects small Black and Latine-led nonprofits with a consultant to develop a customized capacity-building plan based on organizational goals and needs. Learn and inquire about our Partnership Plans.

AMPT promotes capacity building efforts that build connection between and among nonprofit organizations, their leaders and their social sector peers. Both as a part of the process and the outcome.
