Lenise S. Lee has over a decade of experience in social services and nonprofit management. She currently serves as AMPT’s Director of People & Operations, and is Founder & CEO of Collective Initiatives Inc, a nonprofit focused on economic development and social inclusion for Black and Latinx people and communities. Lenise is also an active member of the Entrepreneurship Committee of the NBMBAA Chicago Chapter, as well as an advocate for holistic health and wellness practices
