Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Hadassah began her career at Seaway National Bank. Over the last 15 years, Hadassah has worked with startups, growth stage firms, and nonprofits in business planning, forecasting/financial management, and capital raising. Prior to founding Sitar Group, she served as loan fund portfolio manager for the Women’s Self-Employment Project. Hadassah supports clients in aligning their financial goals with their business model and core business values.
