We know that coaching can play a transformative role in leadership development. Nonprofit leaders will encounter significant challenges and dilemmas as they continue to build the capacity of their organization.

AMPT provides nonprofit leaders with the services of an executive coach through our Executive Coaching Cohort.

Our Executive Coaches exceed in:

  • Developing the leader’s ability to solve a problem themselves (with strategies like accountability and goal setting)

  • Identifying and enhancing the leader's inner abilities, which can then broadly apply to many areas of their professional life

  • Pulling out answers from the client, you walk away with strategies for uncovering your truth on your own
