Executive Coaching Cohort
Connecting nonprofit leaders with an executive coach to support their leadership development and organizational goals.
AMPT’s Executive Coaching Cohort provides Black and Latine nonprofit leaders with access to quality executive coaching.
Nonprofit leaders encounter significant challenges and dilemmas as they build the capacity of their organization, and need 1:1 support in navigating these challenges.
We know that coaching can play a transformative role in leadership development. Therefore, AMPT provides the services and expertise of a BIPOC -identifying executive coach to support Black and Latine nonprofit leaders on the south and west sides of Chicago as they work towards their organizational goals, and develop their leadership.
This 8 month-long opportunity provides participants:
An Executive Coach for up to 10 hours of one-on-one coaching.
Opportunities to build strong organizational relationships with other nonprofit leaders across the Chicagoland area.

AMPT is prioritizing Black and Latine-led nonprofit organizations on the south and west sides of Chicago, with an organizational budget of $2 million or less, who have not previously participated in this cohort.

Organizational leaders set their own schedule with their executive coach to meet one-on-one a total of 10 hours.
4 highly interactive, virtual sessions once per quarter to connect with other organizational leaders participating in the cohort and discuss their experience, build community and engage in leadership development activities.

This cohort meets quarterly on Zoom on the following Thursday mornings from 11am-12pm in addition to the independently scheduled one-on-one sessions with their executive coach:
