Our Impact

Words from one of our Fall 2022 Nonprofit Board Training Cohort Member

[The Nonprofit Board Training Cohort] has helped me think of different ways to do governance so that board members are connected to the work and can make empathetic decisions based on what is actually happening; but also stay high-level on strategy/vision as well. For example we are thinking of sociocracy and talking with other cohort members helped me to refine exactly how that plays out.”

Words from one of our Fall 2022 Nonprofit Board Cohort Members

“There wasn't just one moment, activity, or topic that was most impactful. For me, it was all impactful. I feel more confident in putting together a collaboration session with my team to fine tune our future Board.”
