Healthy Chicago Equity Zones RFP Technical Assistance Program
The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has released a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Protect Chicago Vaccine Equity / Healthy Chicago Equity Zone Regional Leads (RFP 8032). Aligned with Healthy Chicago 2025, this program supports regional and community-based organizations to lead local strategies to confront the social and environmental factors that contribute to health and racial equity. Building on the successful Protect Chicago Plus vaccine equity pilot, these efforts will begin with community leadership of COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, including outreach and engagement during 2021.
AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits is partnering with CDPH to support Regional Lead applicants with the opportunity to ask questions that arise as they complete their proposals via office hours. AMPT Office Hours information below.
